4, small and medium-sized steel, wire rod, steel bar, medium caliber steel pipe, steel wire and wire rope, etc., can be stored in well-ventilated material shed, but must be on mat mat mat

5. Some small steel, thin steel plate, steel strip, silicon steel sheet, small-caliber or thin-wall steel pipe, all kinds of cold-rolled and cold-drawn steel and high-priced and corrosion-prone metal products must be put into the warehouse

6, pay attention to ventilation in sunny days, pay attention to moistureproof in rainy days, often maintain a suitable storage environment

Two, reasonable stacking, first in first

3. The bottom of the stack should be high, firm and smooth to prevent the material from damp or deformation

6, stacking height, manual operation shall not exceed 1.2m, mechanical operation shall not exceed 1.5m, stacking width shall not exceed 2.5m

7. There should be a certain passage between the stack and the stack. The inspection passage is generally O. 5m, and the access passage depends on the size of the material and the transportation machinery, generally 1.5 ~ 2

8, stack bottom pad high, if the warehouse is chaoyang cement floor, pad high O. 1M can be; If it is mud, it must be O. 2 ~ 0.5m high. If it is an open site, the cement floor pad height is O·3 ~ O·5m, and the sand and mud surface pad height is 0.5 ~ O

Keep the warehouse clean and strengthen the maintenance of materials

1, the material before storage should pay attention to prevent rain or mixed with impurities, the material has been wet or dirty according to its properties using different methods to wipe, such as high hardness of steel wire brush, low hardness of cloth, cotton and other things

2, the material should be checked regularly after storage, if there is rust, should remove the rust layer

3, general steel surface after cleaning, do not need to be coated with oil, but for high quality steel, alloy thin steel plate, thin wall pipe, alloy steel pipe, rust removal of its internal and external surface should be coated with anti-rust oil before storage

4. The steel with serious rust should not be kept for a long time after rust removal and should be used as soon as possible.
